The design proposal outlines our services and the associated fees. It describes the design work and landscape plans that will be produced along with details on building, zoning or conservation permits required.

We start the project with a site survey and the concept site plan. We work out layouts, materials and key components of the design. Once finalized, we move on to design development preparing planting, lighting and hardscape plans. We get into specific materials, quantities and construction methods. With this information, we put together a firm budget to help us move to the construction phase.

Now that the design is complete, it’s time to build. Stema Gardens will put together a team and manage the construction of your landscape project. We execute contracts with detailed scopes of work and ensure the project is built well according to the approved designs. We manage any project changes along the way and stand behind our work offering extensive warranties for all aspects of the project.
